Ghislaine Maxwell is reportedly ready to speak before Congress about her involvement with Jeffrey Epstein—and the high-profile men tied to his network.
Although no U.S. officials have reached out, sources say Maxwell is open to testifying under oath. She remains the only individual in prison linked to the Epstein scandal.
Maxwell Open to Speaking Publicly
Maxwell, now 63, is serving a 20-year sentence in a Florida federal prison. She was convicted for helping Epstein groom and traffic underage girls.
“She’s more than willing to speak to Congress,” a source close to Maxwell said. “No one has contacted her. She believes the American people deserve to hear the truth.”
Despite the scope of the Epstein case, none of his alleged clients—many of them powerful men—have been charged.
Supreme Court Appeal in Progress
Earlier this year, Maxwell filed a petition asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review her conviction. The government is expected to respond to her appeal by mid-July.
The insider added that Maxwell views a congressional hearing as a way to tell her side of the story.
“There have been hearings on everything from 9/11 to JFK’s assassination,” the source said. “Why not investigate the Epstein files in the same way? Ghislaine is ready to talk.”
Elon Musk Suggests a Cover-Up
Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk recently claimed that Epstein’s files are being kept quiet to protect powerful names—specifically mentioning former President Donald Trump.
However, Maxwell’s camp rejects those claims. According to the source, Trump and Epstein had a falling out years ago.
“They were seen together in the past, but Trump ended contact over a business dispute and Epstein’s treatment of women,” the source noted.
What’s Really in the Epstein Files?
According to people familiar with the case, there are no major revelations involving Trump. Instead, the files allegedly point to a wide network of wealthy and well-connected men.
“The truth comes down to money and influence,” the source said. “There’s a trail there—but someone has to follow it.”
