President Trump announced on Thursday that he plans to release reports on assassination attempts against him. He expects to receive the documents “next week sometime.”
Trump Calls for Transparency
“We can no longer blame Biden for that one. He should have released that a long time ago,” Trump said. He responded to Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy’s question about why more details on the shooter are not yet available. “I want to release the report,” he added.

Suspicious Assassination Attempts
During his campaign, Trump survived two suspicious assassination attempts. Many believe these incidents were part of a deep state conspiracy. “It makes me think it a little bit, too,” Trump said. He referred to the strange details surrounding Thomas Crooks, the shooter who wounded him and killed Corey Comperatore last July, and Ryan Routh, who was caught aiming a gun at Trump on his Florida golf course.
Trump’s Push for Declassification
This announcement follows Trump’s decision to declassify assassination records related to John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr. “I’d like to see it. I want to see it myself,” Trump said about the reports on his own assassination attempts.
Trump Discusses Shooter Investigation, Plans to Release Report Soon
Doocy: It’s been seven months. Why do you think we still don’t know more about the man who shot you in the ear?
Trump: Yeah, well— and the second one, with all of his cell phones. I want answers. I told them today, actually, that I want to know. We can no longer blame Biden for that one. He should have released the details a long time ago.
Now, they’re giving me a report next week sometime, and I do believe I’ll be releasing it. I want to release the report. A lot of people have asked about it. One suspect had three apps, two of which were foreign. And somehow, they had the biggest white-shoe law firm in Pennsylvania, even though they weren’t from a white-shoe area. What’s that all about?
The other suspect had six or seven cell phones. I don’t even have six cell phones! Why would someone need that many? We’re going to release a report on that soon, Peter.

Trump Suggests Possible Cover-Up
Doocy: Based on what you are saying, does this seem like part of a bigger conspiracy?
Trump: It could be. Many people think so. And honestly, I am starting to think it too.
One suspect had three apps, two from foreign sources. The FBI refused to report on it. Why? That seems suspicious.
The second suspect had six cell phones. That is a lot. Some even had strange markings.
I want to find out the truth. If I can, I will release the report. Maybe there is a reason not to, so I will wait. However, I want to see it myself. Not just for the public. I need to see it.
