The Los Angeles Police Department responded to a potential burglary at Vice President Kamala Harris’ home in Brentwood, California, within the Palisades Fire evacuation zone, early Sunday morning.
Local reports indicate that officers detained two individuals at Harris’ residence on Bundy Drive, north of Sunset Drive, while a curfew was in effect from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. The LAPD confirmed to KTLA that a call about the possible burglary was received at the West Los Angeles station around 4:40 a.m. Officers arrived at the scene and found two men in the area.
Initially, the two individuals were detained for violating the curfew, but they were later released. KTLA reported that no evidence was found to suggest that a crime had occurred.
