
A luxury Aurus limousine, linked to Russian President Vladimir Putin, burst into flames after an explosion in central Moscow. The incident occurred near the headquarters of the Federal Security Service (FSB) in Lubyanka.

Shocking Footage Circulates Online
Videos shared on social media show a burning Aurus Senat, an armored vehicle valued at approximately €320,000, engulfed in flames on Sretenka Street. The location is just steps away from a key security complex.
Following the explosion, President Putin reportedly ordered an immediate inspection of the area’s sewage system. He also commended his security team for their swift response, according to the Russian opposition media outlet “Agentstvo.”

Mystery Surrounds the Incident
Authorities have not disclosed who, if anyone, was inside the vehicle at the time of the explosion. Initial reports suggest no casualties or injuries resulted from the blast or the subsequent fire.
Photographs from the scene depict flames spreading from the engine to the interior of the armored car. The limousine belongs to the Presidential Administration’s Transport Department, responsible for managing state vehicles.

The cause of the fire remains undetermined, and the Kremlin has not issued an official statement regarding the incident.
President Putin frequently uses Aurus limousines for official transport. Notably, he gifted a similar model to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un during their last meeting.
