Residents in a quiet Fair Oaks neighborhood say recurring events tied to California Gov. Gavin Newsom are causing ongoing traffic congestion and parking problems on their residential street.
According to neighbors, a gathering held earlier this week at the large estate resulted in SUVs and other vehicles lining the roadway for hours, including areas clearly marked as no-parking zones. Residents say valet parking for guests took up most available space, making it difficult for locals to drive through or park near their homes.

Residents claim the impact often extends beyond the events themselves. Cleanup activities, including loud trucks and workers, are said to continue well into the following day.
